Switchboard operator was friendly easy to talk to, took every thing in hand so I had nothing to worry about.
Windscreen fitter (Kevin) phoned to say what time he would be at my home, and he was there at the time he said, he was also friendly, easy to talk to and thorough in the job he did.
I am very impressed in the service I received.
