The technician rang me early to confirm my appointment today and the timing of it, he arrived at the time stated.
He gave me the relevant information I needed to be able to make an informed choice about repair or replacement, I did not feel pressured to make any particular choice.
His approach was very professional but very pleasant and friendly.
