Although the engineer (Dion) had been given the wrong time slot by his manager he did his best to arrive as close to the previously agreed time as he could. Once he had arrived he was extremely careful, well organised and efficient and fitted the new screen very quickly. He was courteous and polite and seems to have done a very professional job.
