I was very please with the technician, who replaced my cracked windscreen, but the woman who took my details at your call centre in Chesterfield, was extremely rude and over patronizing when I explained that I have a hearing problem and wore hearing aids. Even a speech therpist does not announciate her words so slowly, it was like a scene from " Little Britain"
