Scott from your Leeds operation arrived on time, following his telephone call to let me know that he was on his way to my home. He worked methodically for some 45 minutes, to rectify the chip on the windscreen of my almost new for Kuga and it was a change to see a craftsman at work.
Scott was very nice in his approach to me and I consider that you are very fortunate to such a dedicated man on your staff.
