Excellent service - from the minute the phone was answered to when my windscreen was repaired. I was away from home when my windscreen was chipped, so had no paperwork or reference numbers to give, but this wasn't a problem to the young man who answered my call (was it Mark?). He quickly found my details & made an appointment for someone to come out to my work in a few days time (it was a Bank Holiday weekend) and explained what would happen & whether it would be a repair or a replacement screen, and the costs involved. The engineer was on time, polite & courteous, and repaired my screen quickly in a couple of little places - so much so, I can barely see any marks at all now. I would highly recommend Auto Windscreen & am so glad my car insurance company use them.
