the guy on the phone dave i think his name was?,,,,,he was very friendly and pleasent on the phone ,a credit to your company. and the guy who carried out my repair phoned me and let me know the time he would arrive , and was right on time , quick service and very pleasent once again another good guy. i work with the public myself , so i no how important that is. so well done a credit to your company both guys thankyou
