I found the whole experience to be very friendly and professional from start to finish.
The customer services team were very courteous and helpful, and went the extra mile to accomodate my timescale requirements, which was much appreciated.
The engineers arrived exactly when they said they would (and called before to give me notice also), they gave me an outline of the activities that they would be undertaking, along with a timescale,
The service I have received is first class, and I would certainly recommend this company.
