Both protective plastic wrap and, two days later, windscreen fitted on time. However, tape used to secure wrap took enamel off paint and bodywork (rear spoiler and boot) require respray. Also, when broken windscreen was removed, broken glass was allowed to fall into lock mechanism and the boot no longer opens.
I would have expected neither of these issues from a business that claims to have the experience it has.
