Very easy to book an appointment and got one within 24hours. However, the woman on the phone did query whether I was the best person to speak to about my own car - in general, if someone is calling they're already the best person to speak to.
Engineer arrived earlier than booked, however he did call to make us aware (and it worked out better for us).
The work was very quick and the engineer was clear about the risks and costs before he began.
Generally very good service.
