No stars. As the technician failed to turn up in a four hour window,or to contact me . I had received an Email and two text messages to confirm the appointment, I wasted a whole day and when I phoned I received no apology,and a take it or leave it attitude. Terrible service,if you can call it that.
It makes me wonder what the guarantee would be worth.
