Very happy with service, all staff helpful & polite. The guy who came to do the work was really professional & friendly - he actually advised me not to have a complete window exchange but to just have the chip repaired, which he did to a good standard. Still a little mark there but he explained that before he started.
My only problem is that I paid £75 excess on my M&S policy for windscreen replacement & the guy who came said someone would email me soon regarding the new excess (if any) that would be payable for a chip repair. No one has emailed me so far, I have only had an invoice stating the £75 payable.
Would like to know asap as I will have to contact M&S insurance to query the amount.
