Telephone communications to book the call were very good. I had a call from the technician at 10 to tell me he'd be with me between 12 and 1 (slot was booked for 9 - 1). Unfortunately the technician got delayed on an earlier call, but we arrange for him to do a another call so that I could attend a prearranged garage appointment.
When Technician got to work he was very courteous and polite. Everything was clearly explained and fitting looks very good!
