from first point of contact with customer services, I dealt with a chap by the name of rich ,who was very polite and courteous, he talked me through the process and explained the procedure and made the appointment to suit myself. The chap who replaced the screen was also very polite and very professional, I am extremely satisfied with the service I have received from autowindscreens
