After paying £95 nobody turned up when our time slot was booked and after calling the lady on the phone never apologised or said she'd look into it only " oh he probably got held up" nothing was done until I made it clear I was making a complaint. I am now on hold after being told to stop ranting. Please train staff to after such calls "I'm sorry to hear that, let me look into it for you". Or better yet, don't miss the appointment, or.... let the person know you are going to miss the appointment.
