Booking and fitting fine, but shocking non existent customer after-care.

Booked an appointment and had the windscreen replaced with no drama. However, after I got home I noticed the rear view mirror had been installed upside down. Due the the mirror size and roof design it is not possible to simply rotate the mirror through 180 degrees, it needs to be removed and re-fitted.
Have now called twice, and twice was assured I would recieve a call back - but alas no-one has.
This is now becoming an urgent issue for me as I have a 600 mile overnight journey to make in 5 days time.
Extremely poor customer service (I use the word 'service' in the loosest possible way).
If you have any other options available use them and avoid this company.
