I was kept up to date with emails advising of arrangements, a reminder was also sent the day before the repair and the technician called 20 mins before arrival to give me time to leave work and meet him at the arranged address.
The technician was very friendly and asked me to examine the windscreen to ensure I was happy with the job when he was finished.
