I would rather put zero stars but that's not an option unfortunately
I placed my order on 15th October still haven't received it
I don't have a shipping confirmation just an order confirmation
Tried to contact them to find out where my order is and no response at all
They don't have any other means of contact other than Facebook chat which is not live so again had no response
It's absolutely ridiculous and I'll be contacting trading standards and I'll need to hope that I can get my money back from the bank otherwise I'm 90 quid out of pocket
