I left a negative comment about an item then I received a call from ABD.
I had used the bulbs and destroyed the packaging and was not expecting a refund. I only left the comment to make future customers aware of my thoughts.
ABD have accepted the bulbs back for full refund.
This goes way past customer service.
I wish that more suppliers were half as good.
Will continue to recommend to my friends and they are assured of all my business
