When I chatted with Kim online I asked her if the H7 OSRAM Night Breaker Unlimited +110% 12V 55W 477 Halogen Bulbs (Pair) could be used for my main beam. She recommended 64210SV2-HCB H7 OSRAM Silverstar 2.0 12V 55W 477 Halogen Bulbs (Pair). Before my mechanic fitted them he asked me why I was giving him two different bulbs. I told him I had been reassured by Kim that they were the correct bulbs. On returning from picking up my 2005 facelift MG ZS I went on line to an MG forum I am a member of. They informed me I should have ordered 2 pairs of Night Breakers and in fact the Silverstars were nowhere as good as them. I called and spoke with Kim about this. She denied giving me this advice, so I asked her why would I have ordered Silverstars when i came online to order Night Breakers, and did not know they existed in the first place. She had no answer to that. She did say I could send the Silverstars back and that you would then send me a pair of Nightbreakers at no extra charge. At first that seemed reasonable. On reflection, however I do not think it is. I have paid my mechanic to fit the new bulbs .. and now I have to get him to take out the Silverstars, put back ny original bulbs,send the Silverstars to you and then when I get the correct bulbs I have to have him start all over again. Doing it your way I will mean I have to pay him another two times. I propose that you send me the Night Breakers, then once they have been fitted I will send back the Silverstars to you in the box they came in. I feel this a reasonable way to solve the situation I now find myself in due to having been given the wrong advice by one of your employees. I would hope that you will do the right thing by me so maintaining your good customer service.
