I ordered bulbs & other things for travel through Spain and had to have them delivered within 5 days. They arrived in plenty of time. The torch I ordered didn't work but after phoning their customer service team a different (better) torch was speedily sent out and a prepaid envelope was supplied to return the faulty torch.
