Wrong wiper blades sent due to the website system picking the incorrect product when my reg number was entered. ABD made it quite challenging to resolve, and wouldn't send out the replacement wiper blades until I returned the incorrect one.
The onus was all on me as the customer to resolve, and i'm now out of pocket until you refund me. I won't order from you again - there are other suppliers for everything you sell, so customer service is critical i'm afraid.
