I have bought many bits and bobs from you over the years and the service was, and remains, excellent. The website is clear and easy to use, the ordering process very straight forward and the delivery quick and efficient.
Furthermore, there was a problem with the recent purchase. Once reported, this was handled by Kim, sorted and replacement arrived within 48 hours .. brilliant !
