Due to an online software glitch i received the wrong bulbs. The member of staff i spoke to was excellent in dealing with the problem and dispatched the correct ones to me (on return of the incorrect ones). The whole process was totally painless, there was no additional cost incurred by myself and the member of staff was courteous and highly professional. There are a good few companies out there that could learn customer service from the experience I had. Thank you.
