I use Autobulbs as I have had good service in the past. Their range is good, the prices reasonable and the delivery quick.
This time I had cause to speak to their customer service as one of the blades had a broken fixing. Their response was to ship that day a replacement together with a returns label for the offending item.
Problems happen, its how you deal with them that counts.
