It took 3 tries to deliver the correct windscreen wiper!
This required myself to make several lengthly phonecalls which I had to pay for(0844 number)
Also it required myself to repackage the incorrect wiper with a 15 mile trip to the post office.
2 stars instead of 1 because the people are very pleasant,but their delivery date promises are optimistic!
