I live in a rural darkish area near Dartmoor.
Have just fitted H7 Ringmaster Xenon 130 +130% main bulbs to my VW Jetta with amazing results. I can certain recommend these replacement bulbs and would mention it took longer to unpack the bulbs than to actually fit in the car!
