Whilst searching for wipers for my Audi A8, this was the only site I could find that would supply Bosch wipers for my car. Unfortunately, their product selector picked the wrong fitment type, but their customer service was excellent. When you ring, you get through to a real person very quickly and in my case, James found my order, found the right blades and had given me an exchange reference, with a freepost return address in less than 5 minutes. They even put a mini-bag of haribo sweets in with my order, a nice touch. All in all a very good website and, whilst a mistake was made, the exchange process is one of the best I have come across.
