Having received incorrect items , I immediately rang customer services number but there was no reply. As it was Saturday afternoon at 1250 I concluded that the office was closed so emailed my question. I received a partial response on Monday so sought further clarification of returns process and eventually received the information I required on Wednesday. Regrettably I now have insufficient time to obtain correct items from Autobulbs so will need to source locally. Pity as service is normally first class.
