The bulbs I ordered were the wrong ones for my car. I contacted customer service who explained how to the return the bulbs and they recommended an alternative bulb. Returning the bulbs was easy and it was free postage. The new bulbs were not as expensive and I received a refund on the difference. I would use this company again and recommend it to others.
