I ordered some stop lamp bulbs, which hadn't arrived 2 weeks later (I was on holiday for one of the weeks), so I contacted Autobulbs who sent me out a replacement no questions asked, included in the parcel was a small packet of sweets, which I hid form the kids and ate.
One week later I got the original package, which was opened and contained no bulbs, completely the carriers fault.
