The H7 bulbs in my order had become detached in their plastic box and were rattling around loose.
Fortunately they still worked. Also the packaging could of been better.
They had a bit if bubble wrap round them, then placed in a Jiffy bag.
When I have ordered bulbs in the past from a different company they came in a cardboard box with lots of bubble wrap.
However I would still recommend Autobulbs Direct.
