I ordered the wrong bulbs (because they were the recommended bulbs on your system for my car). I had opened the package and had tried to fit them to my car when I realised they were incorrect. I called expecting issues, but was dealt with very quickly and efficiently - was told to return the bulbs via freepost and that I would have them replaced with the correct ones. Not all companies are so good at sorting out issues. A pleasure to deal with such a good company. Mel Hughes.
