I was pleased with the service I got from your company, and the speed with which the goods were delivered, which was excellent. The product appears to be as you describe it, and I'm so far very pleased.
My main criticism of your company would be your use of a premium rate 0844, number (I don't usually deal with companies who use premium rate numbers for their customer services. Apart from that my overall experience was very good.
