The product never arrived, I called customer service, after a long wait the operator was polite and efficient, and arranged redelivery. This did not arrive either, and the address is manned 24 hours a day. I would not recommend this company to anybody. Of course things go wrong and it is the measure of the company how they correct things. I would avoid Autobulbs direct and not order from them. Do not use.
