I have ordered 2 different products in the last month and both have taken forever to be delivered.
The first took 2 weeks and the envelope looked like someone had walked on it with muddy boots, the 2nd never arrived as the courier had lost it. A replacement was promptly sent.
The products and prices are excellent but as the delivery is so bad at present I will not be using them again until this is sorted.
