The transaction was marred by appalling delivery performance 2-5 days turned into >10, the tracking information didnt work and the position had to be remedied by customer services sending a replacement pair of bulbs by royal mail - which was a good decision - but late and doesnt really eliminate the inconveience caused by using a duff carrier. previous experience of the company has been good though in fairness.
