I bought a HID upgrade kit for my scooter, which arrived well packaged and with good documentation. It certainly wasn't the cheapest on the market but it did seem to be of high quality. I was erring on the side of quality/durability over saving some pocket-change - I didn't want to mess around with headlights on a 2 wheeler down a dark country road. In the flesh, the product did appear to fit the bill, although I never got to try it out. I've had a few cheaper HID kits on bikes/cars over the years from different suppliers and this was a cut above at least in terms of robustness of construction. Unfortunately due to some conflicting information about the specifications of my model, it transpired that I had ordered the wrong size bulb fitting. As soon as I discovered my error and informed Autobulbs Direct, they were very quick to explain the returns process, and the return postage was also covered by them. Without ceremony, the full refund was processed in Paypal when they received the returned item. Faultless, no quibble customer service. Many thanks to you, Autobulbs Direct.
