I used the website to find the appropriate bulbs for my car, however I was given the wrong information. As advised I ordered H3 bulbs,however when they arrived and I went to fit them, I found that my car required H7s. After getting in touch with customer services, an exchange was organised hassle free. Had the website provided the correct information, this review would have been for "very good". The quality of customer evicted provided is what keeps this review above "normal".
