Lamps arrived in reasonable time but when I opened the packaging I found one of the lamps was damaged (paint around tip of bulb was badly scratched away) and did not work. However after I contacted you it was replaced promptly. My only complaint would be that such an obviously damaged bulb should not have been sent out. This apart, very good, quick, no nonsense service. Keep doing what your doing.
