I ordered 2 types of bulb. The delivery was very quick but it was an incomplete order. I was unsure if a part order had been delivered or if an error had been made. I emailed to advise of the part delivery. There was no reply 2 days later. So I tried phoning and each time was put on hold. Each time after waiting a while I ended up putting the phone down. On the third time I got through. The lady was very helpful and the missing bulbs were then promptly delivered. I can accept errors can be made but the difficulty in advising you of it did not help the situation. Without this problem I would have been delighted with the service
