I am a 56 year old woman and have never ordered car bulbs before but I found the website very easy to use and I was confident when I placed my order that I had the correct product. Customer service was excellent. Email to acknowledge the order and then a subsequent email to say it had been despatched.
I would recommend this site and use it again.
