I ordered a triple pack of wipers. The website was easy to use and the items were dispatched quickly.
One of the wipers was quite noisy, so I e-mailed customer services and was told that I could replace it with an alternative without no quibbles. I was even given a freepost address for the return of the noisy blade.
I paid the difference for a more expensive, branded blade and that was dealt with swiftly and efficiently.
I'll definitely recommend to others and use again.
