I ordered two sets of bulbs from Autobulbs but inadvertently ordered two of the same type. I emailed Autobulbs and a girl called Becki kindly gave me a freepost address to return the wrong bulbs. Becki then sent out new bulbs which were very quick in arriving. The whole process was quick, efficient and very friendly and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. In an age where first class customer service is hard to come by, Autobulbs have hit the nail on the head. Keep up the great work!
