Made an order for some wiper blades and an LED bulb based off the automated number plate suggestion. Turns out the computer suggested parts that wouldn't fit my car due to a year of manufacture overlap.
When I contacted customer support they were super helpful and gave me a freepost address to send it back for an exchange. When they received the order back, not only did they send the correct items out with an overnight courier at no extra cost, but they included an additional bulb and resistor kit for free in the package too!
