Customer service is second to none!!
I purchased some daylight main beam bulbs in February 2015 by the car registration shortcut on the Autobulbs Direct website but only got around to fitting them last weekend - they were the wrong ones! As I had bought them so long ago I thought that I would not be able to change them and would have to buy the correct ones. An e-mail later and customer service apologised for the error and sent out the replacements the same day at no extra cost even though the correct bulbs were more expensive, and I also got a Freepost returns label to send the wrong ones back - EXCELLENT service, thank you!!
