Avoid this company at all costs! Unfortunately, same issues as many others. Weeks after my battery was ordered no sign of it, called to be told sorry due to Brexit we cannot supply the UK in a timely fashion. I was asked to refuse it on delivery and they would refund me once retuned now months later no sign of the refund and very combative company to try and deal with. They are NOT a UK company using.co.uk to lure you in once ordered you’ll be told shipping is from Germany if they wanted you to know this before ordering they would have this at the top of the website not hidden away under company details for you to search. They do not call you back either, no customer services at all Now I have to get PayPal involved for my refund. Please don’t bother replying to my review with your usual standard BS I am fully aware of Brexit and Covid thank you and you do not contact customers who contact you asking for answers.
