“I ordered two mounts, the first one was not the same as the original engine mount and the second one looked the same. When fitted to engine the initial startup produce a thump and then a mechanical knock at low revs. The mount was no good. I contacted autodoc and they said they would send me details how to returns items but they have not. Tried again to speak to them. They asked me what the problem was.... I've got to explain it all again GRRR.”

“Love Auto doc and their products the range everything. My 2 pence is that you have snekaily put £15 of shipping within orders when my orders were well over £140 each time. It feels like you either take away funds like delivery despite saying over £140 is free or by not giving me my fuill bonus amount., whast the point of £25 referral bonus if i cant use it.”
