never had a issue with autodoc, always got what i ordered this time and in the passed, so i have no choice but score them the highest points, plus i will keep using them for my parts and saving a few pounds aswell, cos everything is at a sensible price tag

As described, genuine quality and fit so all good. No indication at point of ordering that the parts were not in UK stock and would take longer to arrive.

I ordered a part and the brand I ordered was HELLA and they sent me TOPRAN brand which is much cheaper. HELLA cost £193 and yet TOPRAN was on around £85. They sent the item on a used HELLA box but when I opened the part was TOPRAN. What a con!!!. When I asked to return the item they asked me to return to their warehouse in Germany. I order from the UK and why should I pay for return when you sent the wrong item. Just avoid and save yourself the pain.

1 ordered tyre for my car on 21st of October 2025 and still there is no delivery date given. At the time of purchase they do not give any delivery date as well. the delivery status showing at custom. I do not recommend this website to purchase products. only purchase when you have at least 10 days to have your part or product. overall for a little cheaper but have to wait for days and sometime weaks. I'm not going to order anything from this website in futur

the clutch you provided me with part number 801187 started slipping after 500 miles, you are a rubbish company , no telephone or email address to complain on , as usual like all companies with robotic reply chat lines, could not help even with a simple request.

Item Damage , late delivery afther pay by my self the delivery , vustomee suport: (Anna ) end the chat , very very bad customer service !!! Now other 7 days waiting for the part , my customer no happy , losing time , customer and money !

I have bought items ( this is the first time using Autodoc) Evri have damaged items in transit and have not delivered. It is impossible to get any sense from Autodoc “Chatbot” and we keep going round in circles. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement! I could have completed the repair in less time than I’ve spent online. Needless to say, I don’t have the parts I ordered, Autodoc have my money and Evri have a box of broken car components ( somewhere ) and I can’t speak to a human being from either organisation!

It has been nearly a month since i placed my order. Evri lost the goods weeks ago, Autodoc are refusing to send out replacements for another week until "investigations" have been completed. They are requesting I pay again so they can send out the goods, absolutely ridiculous!
