usless not only got the wrong item i also am expected to own a printer that does sticky labels of you cant send the item back ill never use these again and i dont think anyone who wants a quaility service should either

One of the items ordered stated it fit my car through inputting my registration but it was wrong and returning items is a nightmare so im out of pocket.

Autodoc is an excellent company with good prices and a vast array of parts etc. it’s the delivery of goods that let them down. There’s always an issue with Evri, nothing is straight forward. I’ve given 5 stars in the past, not this time, sorry.

Autodoc took 6 weeks and 5 days to deliver my timing belt and service parts!!! Shockingly bad customer services promised 4 times to update me as to where it was and only told me after 5 weeks it was stuck at the border. AND the two fuel filters were the wrong one so I had to buy locally from a business that knows what they are doing. ALSO, the filter kits from Autodoc do not tell you what is included - you have to guess. I guessed wrong and ended up with two fuel filters that didn't even fit my car. Now Autodoc say I have to send them back to Germany to get a refund which would result in a net loss to me. My blood is boiling. If you want a pleasant speedy transaction probably best to buy from a UK business. At least then you can legally send anything damaged/wrong back for free. Autodoc asked me to revise my review so..... - Autodoc have refused to deal with the incorrect items they sent, asking me to return they to Germany at my own expense. I am out of pocket and stuck with items I cannot use and have no legal way to hold Autodoc responsible for their actions. BUYERS BEWARE

Ordered my part about 22 days ago no part arrived customer service are a joke how such a poor company can operate in this manner is mind boggling have had.my money for 3 weeks no part when i make contact they use a covid excuse about how long its taken complete lie have reported company for fraud

One of the worst companies I’ve had to deal with. Never normally write reviews but have had such an awful Experience I felt my duty to warn others Ordered alternator which was shown in stock and told 8-10 days for delivery Spoke to them after a few days to get an update as needed to arrange mechanic only to find out the order had not been processed so would be delayed further Over 3 weeks later and still no sign of parcel so contacted to mention I will need a refund as had to purchase parts elsewhere Was told to refuse signing for it and parts will be easily returned and refund issued It’s coming up to two months since I first ordered the parts and still no refund Don’t be tempted by the cheap prices as you will just be left robbed

My item has been stuck in customs for over a month due to “missing customs data “ I’ve failed to get a straight answer If they have done anything....it’s not clear what. I’ve had a few excuses I’ve bought elsewhere....now I’m getting the run around getting a refund. They might be cheaper than others....but not worth the hassle. Besides, it’s not cheaper if you have to buy elsewhere anyway. 1/10

They claim to have products in stock but they are not. They send the products only after 7 days from purchas after you enquire why did they not sent it . When I send them clarification emails, you receive a copy paste message telling you that they are sorry. They do not even bother to read your email. Do Not buy from this trader

Shocking service Lost a flywheel and took nigh on a month to refund me, I made a second order which was delivered incorrectly, aux belt 500mm too long and they expect me to cover their shipping costs, hands down the worst company I've ever bought from.

Total rubbish... ordered exhaust clamp 2 week ago then found comes from Germany... would not of bothered if I knew... gls meant to deliver never heard of them tracked parcel says they attempted delivery... they have not... no info cant contact any body useless

I am still waiting for my order of a brake calliper ,on tracking it's never moved,my wife is a key worker in the UK now without a car .the company do not reply,have been very unhelpful and seem to be very uncaring,they use a delivery company you carn,t contact.the tracking does not work ,they are not in the uk.Will someone help me please and actually contact me, Where is the part not a lot to ask I think it is it,!!!!

Besides, you do not need to pay any fees and there is no information stating otherwise. Be informed that the GLS is an independent company and they are responsible for the delivery time. Avoid this company at all costs! Unfortunately, same issues as many others. Weeks after my battery was ordered no sign of it, called to be told sorry due to Brexit we cannot supply the UK in a timely fashion. I was asked to refuse it on delivery and they would refund me once retuned now months later no sign of the refund and very combative company to try and deal with. They are NOT a UK company using.co.uk to lure you in once ordered you’ll be told shipping is from Germany if they wanted you to know this before ordering they would have this at the top of the website not hidden away under company details for you to search. They do not call you back either, no customer services at all Now I have to get PayPal involved for my refund. Please don’t bother replying to my review with your usual standard BS I am fully aware of Brexit and Covid thank you and you do not contact customers who contact you asking for answers.

Never again Parcel finally was brought back to sender as it never left Germany, costumer services it's absolute joke couldn't provide me with any info about reasons of failure As order has to be check now by their warehouse I'm gonna wait another couple of weeks for resolving it. Refund?! We will see if it will happend

I HAVE WAITED OVER 6 WEEKS FOR AN ORDER AND STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT, AND THIS COMPANY ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY. I orders an item as it seemed the company was a UK based company and the item was marked as in stock and therefore would be delivered within 5 days. After about 12 days the tracking number noted it was held in a Wearhouse and it hasn't moved since, 4 weeks on. I have raised the concern with the company and expressed my concerns, and feel that I have been but taken for a fool. I repeatedly asked for a delivery date and they repeatedly refused to give me one. So I have now repeatedly asked for a refund and they repeatedly refused because they are waiting on the delivery companies response, and have been told this could be up to 12 weeks. I have explained this isn't my problem and is completely theirs, and must refund my money by law. They still refuse until the delivery company respond. I have had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and resolve the problem. The time, effort and stress this has caused is unforgivable, so please take my advise and avoid.

Useless lead times for dispatch, they portray themselves as a UK company but fail to clearly state that goods are dispatched from Germany. Ridiculously long dispatch times when compared to other companies, maybe the price is a little better but the wait is not worth it.

Orderd 7 days ago didn't get sent out till yesterday with gls, checking tracking and still saying that the parcel is in tranit, first time for me to order from autodoc and the last aswell

Be aware! .co.uk address but my order shipped from Germany. Bought a battery that was shown in stock expecting delivery in a couple of days, chased after 2 weeks told that it had been damaged in transport and wouldn't be delivered. Almost a month later and multiple emails they are still refusing to refund. Now pursuing refund via credit card company. In their response to this review on Trustpilot they say contact us as if it's the first they have heard of it! Whilst by email they say "At this stage the application is under investigation at transport company. This procedure may last 2 - 8 weeks (from 26/02/2021). As soon as we receive a reply, we will inform you of the results." Up to 8 Weeks to inform me of the results of what they told me on the 26th! still no mention of refund! Thankfully I am protected by buying via a credit rather than debit card. Stay well clear of this lot!
