I have bought items ( this is the first time using Autodoc) Evri have damaged items in transit and have not delivered. It is impossible to get any sense from Autodoc “Chatbot” and we keep going round in circles. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement! I could have completed the repair in less time than I’ve spent online.
Needless to say, I don’t have the parts I ordered, Autodoc have my money and Evri have a box of broken car components ( somewhere ) and I can’t speak to a human being from either organisation!
